An organisation’s accumulated capacity to form, test, retain and exercise sound independent judgment, including the capacity to recognise when its own instruments, models or assumptions may be wrong.

Each workshop sets up one of the book’s instruments for reading it.

The workshop sets the instrument up in your app, so it works best with a plan. On Standard and above, a workshop is how the app is set up with you; any tier can add one.

You can also book one without a plan: you leave with the written draft, and the instrument goes into the app when you subscribe.
