How long does it take?
10-15 minutes. It is a conversation with Alma, not a form — so the exact time depends on how much detail you provide. Most people finish in about 12 minutes.
What happens after I finish?
You see your results immediately — indicative scores, compliance floor position, and top gaps. You can copy a shareable link to send to colleagues. If you want the full assessment with benchmarks and a PDF, you can upgrade to Standard or Executive at any time.
Can I upgrade to the Standard or Executive Report later?
